1 lb ground beef
|

1 small chopped onion
|

2-3 slices of bacon, chopped (optional)

2 cans of VegAll mixed vegetables (undrained)

1 quart can or jar of tomato juice
|
|
1 can Rotel brand tomatos,undrained ( this is chopped tomatoes w/chopped green chillies)

Instructions |
|
|
Brown first three ingredients and drain off any fat
|
|
|
Pour next 3 ingredients into the ground beef. Bring to a boil and simmer until heated through.
|

You can add and of the following stretchers:
2 cups of cooked rice
2 cups cooked elbow or shell macaroni
1 cup cooked barley
2 cups cooked egg noodles
