1 can (10 oz) chunck white chicken, drained and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T chilli powder
1 garlic clove pressed
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
2 T. parsley for garnish
Instructions
Bread should be cut into 1/4 in slics. Arrange onto baking sheet.
For filling, finely chop onion and bell pepper. Combine onion, bell pepper, 1/2 cup of the cheese, chicken, mayonnaise, chilli powder and garlic. Mix well
Scoop even amounts on top of each of the slices of bread. Place one tomato over filling on each brad slice.
Toss remaining cheese and parsley, sprinkle over tomato slices. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 or until golden brown.
