1 c flour
2 Tbsp sugar
½ c margarine
¼ c walnuts
Press into pie shell & bake 350 for 15 min & cool
8 oz cream cheese
1 – 9oz cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
Mix & spread 1 c over crust
2 pkg butterscotch pudding
Mix with 3 c milk
Cook until thick
Cool & spread over 2nd layer
Spread remaining cool whip mixture on top & sprinkle with nuts
Refrigerate or freeze for couple hours
