2 ½ c rice chex
2/3 c cocoanut
½ c nuts
½ c oleo
1 c brown sugar
1 qt ice cream
Melt oleo enough to mix with rice check, cocoanut, nuts, and brown sugar. Mix till it is course the put in half of mixture in 9in dish.
Soften Ice cream and put over 1st mixture, then put rest of mixture on top and freeze & serve.
