For 5 pie shells
4 c flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 ¾ c shortening
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 egg
½ c water
Mix flour sugar, salt and mix in shortening – mix egg, water vinegar & add to dry mixture Chill ½ hr.
