1 1/3 c sifted flour
¾ tsp salt
1/3 c oil
3 Tbsp sold skim milk
Mix flour and salt. Four oil and milk into measuring sup but do not stir. Add liquid to flour mixture. Stir & mix. Press into smooth ball & flatten it a little. Roll out between waxed paper. Peel off top paper. Invert dough over a pie plate ease into plate. Peel off paper.
