Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll 1 package of breadstick dough, reserving Parmesan sauce from package. Divide along center perforations. Place dough pieces beside each other on 1 end of prepared baking sheet, forming 12x7-inch rectangle with 10 parallel strips. Press perforations together. Repeat on other end of baking sheet with remaining dough.

Spread marinara in 3-inch-wide strip lengthwise down center of each dough rectangle. Layer ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese over sauce.

Cut dough on perforation lines up to filling. Fold strips of dough over filling, stretching as necessary. Press edges together. Use spoon to dot reserved Parmesan sauce on top of each loaf.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut crosswise into slices to serve.
