Stir together tartar sauce, lime juice and lime peel.
Coat large nonstick skillet with 2 tablespoons of the butter. Cook fillets 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake fish fillets and place in large bowl. Add 1/3 cup of the tartar sauce mixture, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic and lemon pepper, stirring gently to combine ingredients. Shape into 6 patties.
Cook patties in batches in remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve immediately with remaining tartar sauce mixture and coleslaw, if desired.
