2 Tsp. light brown sugar (more to taste, if desired)
1 (6-oz.) container organic lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 Cup plain lowfat kefir
1/3 to 1 Cup cranberry juice
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions
Place frozen berries and sugar in blender; cover. Process to make a thick purée, scraping down sides of blender if necessary.
Add yogurt and kefir; blend 1 minute more. Add juice as needed for desired consistency. Serve smoothie in parfait glasses, garnished with mint sprigs, if desired.
