4 teaspoons of mild hot sauce ( make sure it is not a chunky hot sauce)
Have about 8 toothpicks handy for assembly of the wraps
(the hotsauce can be replaced with a different type of sauce or not used at all)
Instructions
Cooking the bacon.
-Cook bacon in a pan until it is fully cooked but not burnt. Once bacon is cooked place on a plate that has a paper towel so the bacon is not greasy.
Cooking the eggs.
-Grease a pan with butter, then turn on the flame and put it on low heat. Scramble the eggs in the pan while the heat is on. Cook the eggs through fully, then turn off the heat source.
Assembling the wraps.
-Place one tortilla on a plate and make a line through the diameter of the tortilla with 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. Going the opposite direction of the hot sauce, place two strips of cooked bacon on the tortilla. Finally, place 1\4 of the scrambled eggs all over the tortilla, then roll the tortilla like you would roll a wrap then stick a toothpick in to keep the wrap from unfolding. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Plating.
-Using a bread knife cut the wrap at a diagonal and place on the plate. Some sides such as breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, or oatmeal are some suggestions for sides to your wrap. Milk, Coffee, Juice, or Tea are also some suggestions for beverages to accompany your wrap.
Serving
Suggestions
1 wrap cut in half diagonally accompanied by a side and beverage would be suggested.
