In shallow dish, stir olive oil, vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Place salmon filets in marinade and durn to coat. Cover and marinade for about an hour
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place planks on grate, they are ready when they start to smoke and crackle just a little.
Place salmon on planks. Cover, grill for about 20 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes with a fork. It will continue to cook after you remove it from the grill.
