1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
|

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
|

3 C (12 oz) natural cheddar cheese, shredded

1 C (4 oz) natural mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 Tbl cornstarch
|
|
1/2 C Chianti
|
|
Italian bread cut in bite sized pieces

Instructions |

|
In saucepan, brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce. Add cheeses gradually. Stir until cheeses are melted.

Blend together cornstarch and wine; add to cheese mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
|
|
|
Transfer to a fondue pot placed over fondue burner. Dip bread cubes. if it gets too thick, stir in a little warmed Chianti.
