Mix water and eagle brand milk together. Add pudding and mix. Chill for 5 minutes. Add whipped cream. While chilling, cut your cake into 1" cubes. Slice strawberries.
Put 2 cups pudding mixture in bottom of glass bowl. Put a layer of cake and strawberries. Repeat procedure, saving enough cream and strawberries to fancy up the top.
