4cups diced cooked chicken breast
|
|
2cups diced celery
|
|
1 cup mayonnaise
|

1/2 sour creamill
|
|
2Tbl. lemon juice
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
1/2cup toasted chopped pecans
|
|
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
|
|
parsley
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix together; chicken, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Chill well.

Just before serving, stir in pecans. Top each serving with bacon.
|

Garnish with parsley.
