In a heavy saucepan, combine orange & pineapple juice, sugar, egg and 1 Tbl. lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring constantly. Remove frome heat; when cool, fold in whipped cream.
In a large serving bowl, toss all fruit with remaining lemon juice. Add dressing, toss to coat.
Fold in pecans just before serving.
