3 lb. chicken wings

1/3 cup of honey
|

1 tsp. dry mustard
|
|
1 tsp. paprika
|
|
1 tsp. chili powder
|

1 tsp. salt
|

1/2 tsp. pepper
|

1/4 c. of water
|
|
3 tbsp. of ketchup
|
|

2 tbsp. of butter
|
|
3 tbsp. of lemon juice or vinegar

2 tbsp. of worcestershire sauce

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare wings by removing tips and cutting wings in halves.
|

Combine sauce ingredients in medium sauce pan. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Dip wings in sauce, then lay them in a roasting pan.
|

|
Cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 45 minutes, basting often. Turn wings over and bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until wings are well browned.
