Chop chicken into small pieces. Add chopped onions. Add remaining ingredients. To deep fry place 1/2 tsp in center of won ton skin, fold to triangle - wet edges of won ton to seal. Heat oil in fryer with at least 1/2 inch of oil to 350 degrees. Fry 8-10 at a time. May be frozen for up to 30 days after cooked. Heat in oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
