|
cook and stir peppers and onion on medium heat untill crisp and tender.

|
beat egga and water with whisk untill well blinded. pour into skillet and cover. cook 6 minutes or untill egg mixture is set but top is still moist. as egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

|
top with pepper and oinion mixure and add cheese.
|
|
|
slip spatula underneath, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omlette in half. cover and cook for 3 minutes, or untill cheese is melted. serve topped with salsa.
