1 1/2 cups bread crumbs -p soak bread crumbs in 1/2 cup for 5 minutes
1 pound beef
1/2 pound ground pork
4 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
2 beef boulion cubs
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups water
Milk
Instructions
Roll into little balls and fry in fat in pan to brown. Cook completely. Cook drippings, boulion cubes, flour and water for 15 minutes. Add milk. Reheat.
