In large bowl combine vinegar, sesame oil, 5 spice powder and cayenne. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let stand in bowl for 15 minutes at room temperature, turning every five minutes.

Heat grill or grill pan to medium. Cut each plum in half and remove the pits. Brush Green onions with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In small bowl combine 1/3 Cup hoisin sauce and soy sauce.

Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes. Turning half way through cooking.
Brush chicken with hoisin sauce once on each side. Transfer chicken to platter once fully cooked and cover to keep warm

Place plums and green onions on grill, cook onions 3-5 minutes turning once and plums 6-8 minutes, turning once. Transfer onions and plums to platter with chicken.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Warm 1 cup Hoisin Sauce and serve with chicken for dipping.
Serve with hot brown rice.
