3/4 cup skinned and seeded tomatoes, fesh or canned
1/4 cup seeded, peeled and diced cucumbers
1/4 green pepper, diced
1 tsp red pimiento
1/4 cup condensed consomme or chicken broth or 1/4 cup V-8 juice or 1/4 water
Any other garden vegetables you wish to use (celery or zucchini, for instance); 1/4 cup diced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender for 3 to 4 minutes until the consistency suits you. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt, chives or whatever tastes good to you.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve cold by pouring over ice cubes in a tall glass. Serve hot by heating gently in saucepan over medium heat.
