2 cups water (chicken broth I use)

2 cans navy or Great Northern Beans

1 can tomatoes - 28 ozs

1/2 to 1 lb. smoked sausage (slim slices)

1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp thyme, marjorim and pepper

Instructions |

In 3 qt. saucepan combine onion, carrots, celery and broth. Low boil for 5 minutes. Add rest of
ingrediants, mix and heat well.
