1/2 tsp garlic, chopped

1 1/2 qt vegetable broth

1/2 potato, diced

1 dash salt

1/2 tsp yellow mustard seed

1 1/2 lb asparagus, diced
|
|
1/2 tsp dry mustard
|
|
1 dash 17-spice mix
|

Instructions |
|
|
saute onions and garlic in 1/4 c broth
|
|
|
add asparagus, potato and remaining broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 min.
|

|
remove soup and puree with food processor. return to pan and season with spices.
|
