1 can green limas or 10 oz box forkhook beans cooked
1 Cup French Fried Onions from can
Instructions
Sautee eggplant in shortening (Butter or oleo)
till light brown. Add 2 Tbls flour, sour cream
and boullion. Add the beans put cassarole w/french
fried onions on top. Bake 325 for 25-30 min.
