Preheat Broiler. Combine 1 1/4lbs ground chicken, 1 diced celery stalk and 3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce in a bowl.
Shape into four 3/4 inch thick burgers. Spray both sides with cooking spray; place on rack in broiler pan and cook 12 to 14 minutes or until meat just loses its pink color throughout, turning once.
Place each patty on a toasted hamburger bun with and fixings you like. Instead of ketchup, try some chuncky blue cheese dressing. Serve with cut-up carrots and celery, and more dressing for dipping.
