Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Pour the egg whites into a mixing bowl. Add the salt and beat the egg whites together on high-speed of an electric mixer until they form a stiff peaks. Add the sugat a little but at a time and keep beating until all the sugar has been mixed into the egg whites.

Spoon the mixture onto the jelly roll pan and 4 equal mounds. Level each mound slightly. (make a bowl)

|
Bake for about 2 hours or until dry. When cooled, decorate with whipped topping and fruit.
