6 Green Onions, Chopped
|
|
1- 2" Pieced of Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
|

4 Cloves Garlic
|
|
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
|
|
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
|
|
2 Tablespoons Sugar
|
|
`/4 Cup Peanut Oil
|
|
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
|

2 Pounds Large Shrimp, tails and shells on.
|

|

|

|
|
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place green onions, ginger, garlic, soy and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add oil and pepper,blend until combined.
|

|
Place shrimp in a large bowl and pour marinade over the top. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
|
|
|
Heat grill or grill pan to high. Remove shrimp from marinade and place in a single layer. Cook shrimp 2 minutes on each side until pink and done.
|
|
|
Place shrimp on platter and serve.
