     Easy Cobbler

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   6-8
Preptime   15 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup flour
2-3 cups fruit (I usually use raspberries or blackberries)
1 cup milk

Instructions
Put the stick of butter into a 9 inch square pan, and put the pan into the oven. Turn the oven to 350 degrees. As the oven warms, the butter will slowly melt, and your batter will be ready just in time!
Mix the milk, flour and sugar together until smooth.
Once the butter is fully melted, pour the batter over the butter. The butter will rise-up around the batter, but this gives the final product a delicious golden crunch.
Distribute the fruit evenly over the batter. Make sure that there are not too many fruit clumps, and this will cause the cobbler to bake unevenly. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cobbler will usually come out a bit more dense in the middle...but delicious!
Serving Suggestions
Top with ice cream of course!
