Instructions |

peel and grate potatoes and onion. add the flour, salt and egg. mix thoroughly until smooth.

grease the fry pan, drop the batter into hot oil making each pancake about 3 inches in diameter.

fry until brown on one side and then to flip and repeat.

drain on paper towels
