1 loaf frozen French, pizza, Italian, or all purposee bread dough
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 - 4 ounce jar pizza sauce
Instructions
Thaw dough; roll it into a 14 x 24 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brown ground beef or turkey; stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon filling evenly onto dough, slightly pressing filling into dough.
Roll dough lengthwise like a jelly roll; cut into 24 - 1 inch slices. Treat 2 rimmed cookie sheets with non stick spray; lay slices on sheets about 1 inch apart.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let roll ups sit for 10 minutes; bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with warmed pizza sauce
