1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored and chopped in 1/2 pieces
Instructions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 2 1/2 Cups, pour juice into saucepan and bring to a boil. In large bowl pour in jello and add hot juice mixture. stir until completely disolved.
Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple pieces. Line muffin pan with paper liners. Spoon mixture into liners and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove liners and serve.
