1 1/2 t. each seasoned salt, ground cumin

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 t. each chili powder and crushed red pepper (Lila uses tobasco sauce)

2 T. each vegetable oil and lemon juice
|

1 1/2 lbs beef or skinned chicken, sliced into thin strips

Combine above and marinade for at least 2 hours
