Beat Eggs. Add Milk. Add the rest.

Heat a skillet to med-high. Cook the batter like you would a pancake.

Roll them up on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with warm fruit sauce and whipped cream. You can also have them with syrup like a regular pancake.
