Pound out chicken breast until about 1/4 inch thick. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, combine softened butter, green onion and parsley. Spread about 1/2 Tablespoon of butter mixture over each chicken breast. Place strip of mozzarella cheese on top of butter; roll it up. Dip each bundle in the melted butter, dip into the bread crumb mixture. Chill for about 4 hours; bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
