Brown pork chops in frying pan; salt and pepepr to taste. Prepare a 9 x 13 glass dish by spraying with Pam or greasing with margarine. Place sliced potatoes evenly in bottom of dish; sprinkle chopped onion over potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper over this to taste. Arrange pork chops on top; pour soup and water mixture over this. Seal with aluminum foil; bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
