ONLY MIX BY HAND! In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, half the flour and salt; beat with spoon until smooth. Add egg and margarine; stir in remaining flour, mixing until smooth. Cover bowl; let rise for 1 hour. Stir down; spoon into greased muffin pans, only filling half full. Cover; let rise for half hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
