1 bag frozen vegetables w/ broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, thawed
2 cups water
3/4 cup milk
2 cups instant mashed potatoes
Instructions
Cook beef until brown, drain. Add 1/2 soup, worcestershire sauce, and vegetables with the meat in a baking dish. Boil the eater and remaining soup. Stir in the milk. Slowly add potatoes. Spoon potatoes over beef mixture. Bake at 400 for 20 mins.
