1/2 pound Monterey Jack scheese with Japaleno peppers
1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 3 oz. package
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. house seasoning
1 t. black pepper
2-3 T. diced pimentos
Instructions
Finely shread cheeses and mix together. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and add mayonnaise, seasoning, and pepper. Beat until well mixed. Slowly mix or fold in cheeses and pimentos. Chill covered in the refrigerator. Serve with bread or crackers.
House seasoning consists of 1/2 cup salt, 1/4 cup garlic salt, and 1/4 cup black pepper.
