Mix water and 1/2 cup of milk. Microwave 30 seconds. Mix in yeast, olive oil, and honey. Stand 5 minutes (until yeasts foam)
In food processor, mix flour, thyme, salt, margoram, oregano, and pepper. Pour in yeast mixture and mix 1 minute. Kneed for 5 minutes.
Put into bowl and mist with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with plastic and microwave on low (10%) for 5 minutes. Turn and microwave 5 more minutes. If not doubled, repeat. Punch down and knead in flour for 1 minute.
Form a rope 18 inches long and cut into 12 equal pieces. Roll into bars. Put bars in non-stick sprayed pan and cover with plastic wrap. Place in warm area for 15 minutes (until doubled). Brush with remaining milk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
