First, preheat the oven to 225 deegrees F. Put the egg whites in a mixing bowl and mix whisk vigorously. Ad the 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the egg whites a third at a time and continue to wisk.

Add the lemon juice and a dash of vanilla extract. Next add the cornstarch, then fold into the egg whites. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Put the meringue on top of the parcment paper, making it into a round, flat shape.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 min. Turn off off the oven but leave the meringue base in the oven to finish cooking and then cool. Peel the kiwifruit and slice it thinly crosswise. Without removing the stems, cut the strawberries in half. Next, peel the orange and cut out the segments.

Pour ice water into a mixing bowl. Put the cream and the powdered sugar into a second mixing bowl. Place the bowl of cream in the ice water and whip it until the cream reaches dropping consistency. Spread some whipped cream on the cooled meringue base using a spoon. Arrange the thinly sliced kiwifruit on top and put some whipped cream in the center. Layer with orange, put slices of strawberry on top, and put some more whipped cream in the center. Scatter with blueberries, then drizzle on the honey. Finally, garnish with mint. It's ready to eat!
