Dissolve gelatin in water. Place gelatin over hat water until melted. Slightly beat the whole eggs andmix in the gelatin, then add the Irish Cream, stir well.
Whip the cream until soft bellows form, do not over beat. Fold in gelatin mixture. Spoon into attractive glasses and place in refrigerator to set. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
