In 10 inch skilled, heat sesame oil. Add baby carrots. Stir fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 mintues.
Add pea pods. Season with red pepper. Stir fry for 3 mintues.
Transwer to serving dish to keep warm. In same skillet, heat sesame oil. Add chicken. Stir fry over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until browned and juices run clear (6-8 mintues).
Add vegetables to chicken. Season with soy sauce, ginger, honey and sesame seed.
