|
COOK elbows according to package directions. Meanwhile melt
butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and mustard. Add
milk, stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture comes to a
boil and thickens slightly.

Add shredded cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Remove from
heat
|
|
|
Drain cooked pasta, return to large kettle, add cheese mixture.
Turn pasta and cheese into greased 2 quart oven casserole dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.

|
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins or until mixture is nicely
browned and bubbly.
