Use as many vegetables as you need to fit the chosen casserole dish. After you wash, peel and slice veggies, layer in a casserole. Between each layer, pour some soup and sprinkle with spices.
Repeat until you fill dish, leaving a little room at the top.
Cover and cook in the oven at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until heated through.
