1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomamtoes with garlic and onions.
Instructions
Cook perogies according to package directions for boiling.
Meanwhile, in a larege skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove and crumble. Discard all but 2 tsp of drippings.
Add onion to skillet with drippings, and cook, stiriing, 3 minutes. Add mushrooms adn 1 tbsp water; cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are softened. Add diced tomatoes and bring mixture to a boil.
Add pierogies and bacon to skillet. Heat through before serving.
