5 Tblsp. butter, melted

Chopped onions

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 cup bread crumbs

4 Tblsp olive oil

Bacon bits (optional)

Instructions |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
|
|
|
Place scallops, melted buter, garlic and onions in a bowl. Season with Old Bay, salt, pepper. Stir gently. Transfer to dish.
|
|
|
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and olive oil. Add bacon bits. Sprinkle on top of scallops.
|
|
|
Bake for about 11-14 minutes, scallops should be done and crumbs brown. If you want more of a crunch, broil for about a minute to brown quickly.
