Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter until well combined. Press firmly into a 13 x 9 pan. Bake 10 min.
While baking, mix 1 cup sugar, milk and eggs. Fold in raspberries; spread over the hot crust. Bake until custard is set, about 40 min. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over the bars. Chill.
Must be stored in the refrigerator.
