2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (4-6 oz. each)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Pierce chicken with fork equally on both sides.
Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and rosemary in a small bowl.
Pour mixed ingredients in a large ziplock bag, add chicken and seal
bag.
Turn to coat chicken, and refrigerate 2 hours.
Spray a glass baking dish with Pam Fat Free spray.
Place chicken and marinade in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes.
