3 cups cooked sweet potatoes

3/4 stick margarine
|

2 eggs
|

1 cup brown sugar
|

1/2 tsp. nutmeg
|

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
|

1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1 cup evaporated milk
|
|
TOPPING
|
|
|
|
1 cup crushed corn flakes
|
|
3/4 stick margarine
|
|
1/2 cup brown sugar
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Blend first 8 ingredients together and bake in a butter baking dish at 425 for 45 minutes.
|
|
|
After baking sweet potato mixture, mix last 4 ingredients and spread on top.
|
|
|
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Note - the topping burns easily, watch closely.
