-Brown groundmeat with taco seasonings, then stir in refried beans
-Use the tomato sauce and enchilada seasonings, to make enchilada sauce
-Chop the tomato and green onion
-Lay the tostada on a baking sheet, spread the bean and meat mixture on tostada and top with another tostada
-Spread the enchilada sauce over the second tostada, layer with sliced cheese, tomato and green onion, then top with shredded cheese
-Bake at 300 till cheese is melted
